Buddha Breathe Art & Wellness – Return & Refund Policy

All artwork in our shop is made-to-order especially for you. Because each piece is printed individually through our print partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has entered production.

However, your happiness and satisfaction with the quality of your art matters deeply to me.

Quality Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at BuddhaBreatheart@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

I will work together with my print partner to quickly investigate and offer a solution. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no cost. If a replacement is not possible or if you cannot wait for a new print, I will gladly issue a refund.

Color Variations

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and materials. These small variations are considered normal and are not covered under the quality guarantee.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

• You may request changes or cancellation within the first 24 hours.

After that, the order may already be in production and no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be accommodated.

No Returns

As each artwork is custom-made, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns, even for issues such as size, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.
